How do you approach a new assignment?
We love new clients and new challenges. One of our consultants will meet with you to learn about your business and the challenges you face. We'll undertake a scoping exercise and present back to you a plan of action to help meet your objectives.
What are the key elements of your solution?
Each client has different requirements and we select the most appropriate channels depending on the business and the target customer audience. Typically, we start with your website and social media. Then we look at third party options to widen coverage - including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, print, radio and other relevant media.
Can you transfer knowledge to our staff?
Yes. We like to think we're the best at what we do. But we don't want to become your marketing department! Our preferred approach is to help you overcome some of the biggest hurdles, train your team, and then transfer responsibilities over to you to manage - with us providing specialist help and healthchecks from time to time.
